CEO, COO, Project Managers, Team Leads, Employees, and Interns count toward your plan's seat limit. Contractors and Clients are free to invite — they don't count toward your employee total on any plan.

No. Every new company gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card required. After the trial, your account moves to Free unless you upgrade.

Your account automatically downgrades to Free. You keep all your data and existing employees — they stay active and can keep working. You just can't add new internal employees beyond Free's 3-employee limit until you upgrade.

Each plan has a set number of internal employee seats — 3 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Business. When you need more seats, just upgrade to the next plan. For teams larger than 25, contact sales for a custom plan.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
